I love this quote! We all know what it is but It seems so much harder than it sounds but it does not have to be. How do we take care of our body? Do you know what that means for you? It is not always the same for every person. I bet you can ask yourself that question and know without a doubt what it is you need to change. But when we think about it we make it this huge endeavor that we definitely do not have time for. We would need to start some exercise program or go on some diet that takes too much time to cook and prepare. How about instead, we think of one small thing we can do right now that would be beneficial.. Could you add more water during the day, have a piece of fruit instead of a cookie, add a vegetable every night to your dinner? How about a short walk during lunch or playing actively with your children.. Shorter, intense workouts provide similar health benefits as longer moderate workouts. When time is limited, regular exercise takes planning. But if you plan ahead, you will find you can squeeze exercise into your life. Finding that one small step is the start to your foundation!
